299bct Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 299bct website, mobile site, and all associated services available at 299bct.app.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or transfer of funds within the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" includes fraud, collusion, use of bots or automation software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any other conduct we deem harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 299bct Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits refunded at our discretion.

2.2 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 299bct Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. We reserve the right to verify any information provided and to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, any balances across all accounts will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

2.4 Account Verification

299bct reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash/Nagad wallet or bank statement). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

299bct supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh, all transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Select Bangladeshi bank transfers (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as listed on the Platform)

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the 299bct Platform is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though we reserve the right to impose limits at our discretion for security purposes.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Player Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. 299bct does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees for which we bear no responsibility.

3.4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

3.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted where the Player Balance consists of funds that have completed any applicable wagering requirements. Funds originating from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending account verification, investigation of suspected Prohibited Activity, or compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 299bct offers bonuses and promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Victory Day, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Qualifying games and bet types for wagering are specified on the promotion page. Bets placed on excluded game types will not count towards the wagering requirement.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

We take bonus integrity seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed primarily to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using automated tools or bots to complete wagering; and withdrawing funds before wagering requirements are satisfied. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance cancelled without notice and may have their account permanently closed.

4.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus credits and free bets that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account. 299bct is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Platform Use

5.1 Availability of Games and Markets

299bct offers a range of casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The availability of specific games and betting markets is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, title, or market.

5.2 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by 299bct. We reserve the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at our sole discretion without providing a reason. In the event of a technical error, communications failure, or system malfunction that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or betting market. These limits may vary by game type, live event, and player account status. We reserve the right to adjust individual player bet limits at any time.

5.4 Game Disconnection Policy

In the event that a Player is disconnected from a live game or betting session due to internet failure, device malfunction, or Platform downtime, the outcome of any in-progress round or bet will be determined according to the game provider's disconnection policy. Where possible, the game state will be restored upon reconnection. 299bct is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.

5.5 Responsible Gaming Tools

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and request self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299bct Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its infrastructure or security.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 299bct Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 299bct or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from 299bct is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299bct shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: losses resulting from betting outcomes; losses resulting from technical failures, system downtime, or connectivity issues outside our control; losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials; and any reliance on information published on the Platform.

In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

299bct collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. 10. Amendments to These Terms

299bct reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 299bct operates. In the event of a dispute between you and 299bct, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration procedures.
